Program level standard

 

In order to be placed into the appropriate level, all coming students are required to provide:

 

1. Official IELTS test score (Academic Module) of the recent two years

2. Or complete the placement test offered by Global Education College

Placement Test

 

1. Make an appointment

 

International students applying for admissions without providing any IELTS or other English proficiency test scores will take an English language placement test before orientation. Please email admissions@geliwinnipeg.com or contact an Admissions Representative at 204-809-7719 about the English language placement test.

 

2. Choose test type

 

According to the length of the test and the number of questions, the placement test can be divided into two types. Students can choose the type of test that suits their needs according to their needs. The placement test has three sections: reading, writing, and listening.

 

Type 1: 70 minutes

Type 2: 170 minutes
