Refund Policy
Cancellations and Refund
A student may cancel their registration, and will be eligible for a refund as per the refund schedule.
Cancellations will not be accepted once the program/course has begun.
Note:
• The $100 application fee is non-refundable.
• A $200 administration fee will be applied to all refund requests.
• The admission deposit* is non-refundable under any circumstances other than a visa rejection issued by IRCC.
Withdrawals
Students may choose to withdraw from the program/course at any time. Student must acknowledge:
- Program refunds will be provided according to the refund schedules. For English program/course, no refund will be provided once the program/course has begun.
- The effective withdrawal date will be the date the Withdrawal Form for students is received in the student service office and will determine any eligibility for a refund. Students are responsible for all applicable fees up to the date the withdrawal form has been received by the college.
Visa Rejection
Students who are denied a Study Permit will forfeit only the application fee. A copy of the visa rejection letter from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is required to process the deposit and tuition refunds. Proof of visa rejection must be submitted within 4 weeks from the date of rejection.
